Objective

  • Ensure that all customers are given an efficient and quality services in accordance with BPF Customer Charter
  • Determining all the infrastructure is in satisfactory stage in accordance with the needs of learning, teaching and investigation as well as create conducive conditions.
  • Upgrading of physical facilities include civil affairs, mechanical, electrical and telecommunications to teaching, learning and research can be conducted properly.
  • Plan and provide a facility that meets the physical environment is a perfect schedule.
  • Provide advisory services in planning, technical, design the implementation of renovation projects, repairs and upgrading to the customer.

Client Charter

  • Ensure that 75% of BPF activities are planned and 25% in an emergency.
  • Customer satisfaction level of 75% based on customer feedback.
  • Operating costs do not exceed RM3.50 / square foot per month.
  • Feedback to clients on the application of BPF services.Confirmation of payment for all services and work completed within 7 working days from receipt of invoice.

Classified Services Facilities Management Strategy

  • Preventive Maintenance is maintenance services are performed to prevent failure of the University facilities or declined to make the systematic inspection and detection.
  • Statutory Maintenance is where all the mechanical plant such as lifts, registration key substations,fire alarm systems, all of which must be maintained in accordance with regulations established by the competent agencies.
  • Corrective Maintenance is defined as the maintenance of the facility so that it can function as usual.
  • Maintenance backlog is a service that can not be done and it is outstanding and should be acted upon immediately.
