Vision

To spearhead the quality movement in UiTM Cawangan Sabah.

Mission

To help strengthen and reinforce the quality management system in UiTM Cawangan Sabah based on the principles of Total Quality Management.

Objectives

  • To ensure that the Quality Management System (QMS) of UiTM Cawangan Sabah complies with the ISO 9001:2008 the Code of Practice for Institutional Audit (COPIA) and the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) standards and requirements.
  • To ensure that every department/unit has a good document and record management system.
  • To ensure that every department/unit has a good customer management system.
  • To ensure that every department/unit practices 5S.
  • To ensure that every department/unit participates in Kumpulan Inovatif & Kreatif (KIK) projects.
  • To ensure that UiTM Cawangan Sabah strives towards winning awards in quality management related competitions.

Client Charter

  • To carry out the Internal Audit exercise twice yearly.
  • To monitor the management of documents and records at least twice yearly.
  • To monitor and evaluate the practice of 5S at least twice yearly.
  • To monitor and evaluate the implementation of KIK projects at least twice yearly.
  • To organise the annual Majlis Anugerah Inovasi & Jasamu Dikenang.
