The KUUB Annual General Meet, which will be held on 9th September 2025 at the Hilton Hotel, Kota Kinabalu, is the official governance platform of the Konsortium Universiti Universitas Borneo (KUUB). As a critical component of the International KUUB Convention 2025, the AGM provides a formal setting for member institutions from Malaysia, Indonesia, and Brunei Darussalam to review strategic developments, endorse collaborative frameworks, and align cross-border academic initiatives.
Hosted by Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Sabah Branch, in collaboration with Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS), this year’s AGM will bring together Vice-Chancellors, Rectors, senior administrators, and institutional representatives from public and government-affiliated universities across Borneo.
Purpose and Strategic Significance

- Evaluate and ratify strategic directions for the consortium.
- Endorse new joint initiatives in teaching, research, mobility, and innovation.
