All related expenses will be borne by the participants themselves.

*Each participant will be provided with a banquet table, power plug and limited exhibition space to display.

*To facilitate smooth judging process, please bring your own technology (personal mobile technology and Internet connection).

*Presenters are required to prepare a hook and string to hang the poster on the panel
